JO 15162 Account Sales Mgr – Flavors, Seasonings, & Ingredients

Location:

Based from your home office in Southern IL, IN, OH, or MI

Salary Range:

Six figure Competitive base + (lucrative bonus/commission potential) + car  program Full benefits, 401K, PS etc.

Summary:

Manufacturer of flavors, spice/custom seasonings blends & ingredients for the food and beverage industry in the United States and abroad.

Position reports to the Director of Sales. Position open due to internal promotion & company growth.

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for existing & new Key Customer Accounts in Southern IL, IN, OH, & MI.

·         Responsible for the sales management and growth of account base within this territory.

·         Identify sales opportunities that best-utilize corporate technical, manufacturing, and packaging capabilities.

·         Aggressively pursue new business presenting corporations ability to partner with customer from concept, through R&D, manufacturing, etc

·         Project management from initial sales call through production, packaging, and shipment.

·         Responsible for margin management.

·         Work closely with the Manufacturing Team to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of company objectives.

·         Inform management and operations of customer requirements and needs

·         To be a supportive and cohesive member of the Sales and Marketing Team.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

·         BS/BA - Food Technology/Chemistry, Business, Marketing or other technical preferred.

·         Minimum of 5 years FLAVOR/INGREDIENT sales experience to the food manufacturing industry.

·         Has developed a solid track record of sales success.

·         Strong technical/presentation skills.

·         Computer skills.
