Will focus on creative flavor development, application and commercialization, effective project management and innovation skills, and active customer engagement.



Expertly develop flavor solutions including flavor duplications, new creations, and modifications across a broad range of flavor profiles to meet customer and internal project requests.


Develop and apply appropriate methods to test stability of aroma chemicals and flavor materials through processing and application.


Mentor Junior Flavorist and Technician staff and Application Technologists in flavor chemistry and flavor processing.


Support Sales & Marketing objectives and directly interact/visit with target/key customers in support of existing and new business growth opportunities if needed


Participate in internal and external training and seminars for technical team, sales, customers, or new hires.


Drive the investigation and discovery of new ingredients technologies, materials, and methods that will provide innovative solutions to customer and industry challenges.


Serve as the flavor expert during the transfer of flavor formulas from bench to successful production to ensure successful product scale-up and troubleshooting of problems.


Successfully lead and/or represent the organization on important project teams, major committees, task forces, or other critical roles Interpret, assess and apply analytical data to successfully complete projects.


Generate & champion new ideas, demonstrate feasibility and take opportunity to business for resource decision.

Recognize problems, gather and interpret significant data to find creative solutions to complex issues.
