Salary Range:

$80K - $90K+ bonus. Relocation package provided.


This is a highly visible R&D role with many opportunities for advancement.


  • Develop new products through technical ingredient applications focus on Dairy and Beverages
  • Determine functional performance and sensory properties of ingredients in finished products.
  • Develop new formulations in collaboration with customers and sales/marketing.
  • Oversee projects, project controls and project status reports.
  • Collaborate at all cross-functional levels.


  • B.S. or M.S. in Food Science or related Food Technology
  • 5+ years of related experience developing dairy or beverage applications.
  • Technical expertise at food testing, processes, sensory evaluations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and time management skills
  • Expertise in Food Chemistry
