Manufacturing Plant located in Southeastern, WI within 1-2 hrs from Madison

Seeking a Human Resources Manager for our manufacturing
facility in WI with a strong business mindset and exceptional partnership
skills. In this role you will provide HR leadership to the site, including:
recruiting, staffing, capability building, performance management, employee
retention and ensuring a culture of engaged employees.
- Serves as a member
of the Plant Leadership Team, partnering with cross functional leaders
to drive business performance using business acumen, strong HR
knowledge, and change management expertise in the development of a
performance driven culture.
recruitment efforts for all Plant exempt / non-exempt / hourly employees
and manages our temp vendor relationships.
- Leads key HR
initiatives in support of the organization including workforce planning,
succession planning, employee development, process improvement, and
execution of standard work processes and new hire on-boarding.
- Partners with the
Plant Manager to develop a high performing site leadership team and
engaging leaders at all levels.
- Creates a
positive employee relations environment through close engagement and
interaction with employees across the plant.
responsibility for ensuring regulatory company compliance pertaining to
all personnel matters.
- Supports safety
management related activities and safety training.
day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching,
counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Manages and
resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough
and objective investigations.
- Responsible for
HRIS data integrity and administration of the plant payroll function.
- Works closely
with the Leadership and staff to prepare and execute the Annual
Operating Plan, Budgets and growth plan.
- Assists in the
annual review, preparation and administration of wage and salary
employee events and programs, including annual open enrollment.
- Manages all
employees of the HR department.
- Provides HR
support to other plants as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree
in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10
years’ progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge
of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational
development, employee relations, diversity, compensation, performance
management, and employment law.

the Ceridian / Dayforce HRIS System.
- MA Human
Resources or related advanced Degree.
- Strong oral
communication and language skills.
- Strong business

with others, encouraging and building mutual trust, respect and
cooperation among team members.
