JO 15851 Key Account Manager
Consumer Products Division  


WI or IL based from a home office.

Salary Range:

$ Competitive base + bonus + car depending on your experience.


This position is the primary Company customer contact responsible for the implementation and execution of the Consumer Products sales plan.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue and margin with current and new customers by leveraging Company’s capabilities and resources to develop customized product and packaging solutions. The individual will work closely with our exceptional research & development team to deliver innovative, targeted solutions to its customers.



•          Manage new and existing customer accounts through both person to person interaction and Company custom CRM sales support system.

•          Develop objectives for identified target accounts, including analyzing and defining the potential for revenue growth within targeted group or segment.

•          Recommend pricing strategies, innovation ideas, and promotional programs. 

•          Work closely with customer care, R&D, supply chain, finance and sales management to service existing and new business.

•          Manage customer projects in CRM system including project definition, time-line requirements, sample sub-mission and feedback, price quote requests, commercialization process, customer forecasts and order cycle.

•          Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

•          Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.


•          4 year college degree in a related field

•          A minimum 5 years of sales experience in packaged foods or nutritional products related to foods, with the past 2 years in an Account Management role.

•          Marketing and planning experience is a plus.

•          Must have a valid driver license and be willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
